I launched a barbecue business in 2021, and it was harder than I thought it would be to find sustainable, traceable, reasonably priced produce for my stall.
So I’m going to go off the shelf and explore why that is, and what we can do about it. I don’t have the answers so I’m hoping to build a community so we can learn together.
