Reflections On Us

Timeless wisdom for the modern human experience

Slide 1

About ReflectionsOnUs I didn’t find philosophy in a classroom. I found it when I needed something solid to hold onto. I am not only inspired by the Stoics, but by intellectuals, philosophers, and people from all walks of life. Everyone sees the world differently. I hope to bring those perspectives together with my own and share them with you. Every post draws on the Stoics, Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus, and the kind of thinking that holds under pressure. These are not academic exercises. This is practical philosophy. These people didn’t have it all figured out. But they kept asking the right questions. This is my Meditations for the modern day: a practice of facing those same challenges while trying to stay grounded. This isn’t a newsletter about having the answers. It's about asking better questions and doing the work of living the answers out.
