my letters will be informed and researched attempts at exploring the ways we can incorporate small moments into our every day to help us move forward together. it's funny because... i have found myself using these three words often when i dissociate or lose track of what i'm saying in the middle of a conversation. i say "it's funny because" hoping to remember what i was about to say. i usually don't remember. it's a strong signal for me that i have too much on my mind and need to slow down.
