"Playing-it-safe" inspired by all the questions, requests, encounters, & experiences I had over the years dealing with fears, anxieties, worries, & obsessions. Sometimes we play-it-safe as a one-time thing, other times we do it more often, and other times playing-it-safe actions may have evolved into a chronic pattern that keeps us stuck, stagnant, and in misery.
