The Saint Cooks are Robin and Emma-Jane. We're from St Helena Island, which is in the middle of the South Atlantic Ocean and home to about 4,000 people. We call yourselves Saints. Hence the name. We're trying to create the most comprehensive book about St Helena food ever. This newsletter charts that journey. Having never written a book before, we share inspiration, challenges, culture and recipes from the Island.
